Online lecture - this week

Since I will be gone this week, please go to this website for this week's lecture.

http://pesona.mmu.edu.my/~tkneo/digital_images/

Any problems with it let me know.

Normal classes in FOM building will resume next week as per schedule.

Thanks

Dr. Neo

This week and next week's class.

This week class (24/11/08) will be in XR1005 for a combined lecture with FCM. Do not worry about attendance in that lecture class.

However, next week 1/12/08, please return to the FOM classroom to continue the lecture. We will have our own lecture from December 1st, 2008 onwards. Attendance will be taken as usual.

This week is submission in your tutorial. Please submit to Mdm Lydia and update your blog. Remember, no blog entries will mean deduction in marks. I may check on your blogs while I am away. Any late submissions will not be allowed.

If you have any questions, please leave it in the comments box or email me. I will not be around from Tuesday 25/11/08 till 1st December.

So the only way we can keep in contact is through this blog or email me in MMU account.

Good luck and see you all soon.

Dr. Neo

Welcome back Computer Graphics students!

In this semester, we will be openning the doors and focussing on Bitmap images. We will be using Adobe Photoshop CS 2 as the tool to enhance your skills of computer graphics.

For the information of the course, please go to the MMLS and browse through the information.

You will be required to create 2 assignments and 6 in-class exercises. You will also be required to use the blogs that you had used in your previous computer graphics course to document your process of creation or development of your assignments.

Please note, if there is no BLOG entries, you will be severely penalised in the form of reduction of grades and marks. It may also result in you failing the course.

Therefore, please upgrade your blog entries. Any changes in blog URL, please inform me as well as your tutors. This will be your responsibility.

I have linked most of your blogs on the right of this page Please let me know if I am missing your blog, or you have changed your blog address or if I placed your blog address in the wrong faculty. Use the comment link below to let me know.

If you have any questions, please state it in the comments.

Good luck and all the best this semester!
